These Terms and Conditions apply to all football training sessions, programmes, leagues, matches, events, camps, trials and related activities organised by Get GungHo Pte Ltd (“Get GungHo”, “GGFC”, “we”, “our” or “us”).
By registering a child for any Get GungHo activity, programme, event or camp, the parent, legal guardian or authorised representative agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
1.1 The person registering a child must be:

1.3 Get GungHo reserves the right to refuse, cancel or terminate any registration at its discretion.
1.4 Parents and guardians are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration is accurate and up to date.
2.1 Football and outdoor sporting activities involve inherent risks of injury.
2.2 Parents and guardians confirm that their child is physically fit and medically able to participate in football and related sporting activities.
2.3 Any relevant medical conditions, allergies, injuries or special requirements must be disclosed at the time of registration.
2.4 Parents and guardians are responsible for ensuring emergency contact information remains current.
2.5 Get GungHo reserves the right to refuse participation or remove any participant whose behaviour may endanger themselves, other participants, staff or property.
3.1 In the event of illness, injury or a medical emergency, Get GungHo may seek medical treatment for a participant if a parent or guardian cannot be contacted.
3.2 Parents and guardians agree to be fully responsible for any medical, transport, hospital or related expenses incurred.
4.1 Participation in football and sporting activities is voluntary and undertaken at the participant’s own risk.
4.2 To the fullest extent permitted by Singapore law, Get GungHo Pte Ltd, its directors, officers, employees, coaches, contractors and volunteers shall not be liable for any injury, illness, accident, loss, damage, property loss or death arising from participation in any Get GungHo activity except where caused directly by gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
4.3 Parents and guardians acknowledge and accept all ordinary risks associated with football and sporting activities.
4.4 Parents and guardians agree to indemnify and hold harmless Get GungHo Pte Ltd, its directors, employees, coaches, contractors and representatives from any claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs or expenses arising directly or indirectly from the participant’s conduct or breach of these Terms and Conditions.
4.5 Participants are responsible for their own belongings. Get GungHo accepts no responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged personal property.
5.1 Programme fees are payable in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5.2 Fees may be charged on a termly or other billing cycle determined by Get GungHo.
5.3 Participants joining after a programme has commenced may be charged a prorated fee at Get GungHo’s discretion.
5.4 Outstanding fees must be settled before participation continues.
5.5 Failure to make payment may result in suspension or cancellation of participation.
6.1 Programme fees secure a participant’s place within a training group and are not calculated based on actual attendance.
6.2 No refunds, credits, fee reductions or replacement sessions will be provided for participant absences due to:

6.4 Any approved make-up session:
7.1 Get GungHo reserves the right to cancel, postpone, relocate, combine or modify any session, programme, venue, coach, schedule or activity due to weather conditions, venue availability, safety concerns, coach availability, public health requirements, low enrolment or any other operational reason.
7.2 If Get GungHo cancels a scheduled training session, a replacement session will be offered.

7.4 Replacement sessions may be scheduled at any time during the current programme term and must be attended within that same term.
7.5 Replacement sessions not attended by the participant for any reason shall be deemed forfeited and no further replacement session, refund, credit or carry-forward entitlement shall be provided.
7.6 Where a replacement session has been offered, no refund, credit note, fee reduction or future session entitlement shall apply.
7.7 Get GungHo’s obligation in respect of a cancelled session shall be satisfied upon offering a reasonable replacement session in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
8.1 Sessions may be postponed, modified or cancelled where weather conditions are considered unsafe.
8.2 Decisions regarding weather-related cancellations shall be made solely by Get GungHo.
8.3 Indoor or sheltered sessions will generally proceed unless otherwise advised.
8.4 Weather-related cancellations shall be managed in accordance with Section 7 of these Terms and Conditions.
9.1 Trial sessions are subject to availability.
9.2 Trial participation does not guarantee future programme availability.
9.3 Get GungHo reserves the right to withdraw or modify trial offers at any time.
9.4 Trial session fees are non-refundable.
10.1 Programme fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or otherwise approved by Get GungHo in its sole discretion.
10.2 Refund requests may be considered only in exceptional circumstances, including:

11.1 Parents and guardians consent to photographs, videos and recordings being taken during Get GungHo activities.

12.1 By registering a participant, parents and guardians consent to the collection, use, storage and disclosure of personal data for purposes including:

13.1 Players, parents and spectators are expected to behave respectfully towards coaches, officials, staff, opponents, participants and venue operators.
13.2 Get GungHo reserves the right to suspend or remove any participant, parent or spectator whose behaviour is abusive, threatening, discriminatory, defamatory, disruptive or otherwise inappropriate.
13.3 Get GungHo reserves the right to terminate a participant’s enrolment where the conduct of a participant, parent or guardian is deemed detrimental to the safety, welfare, enjoyment or operation of the programme.
13.4 No refund shall be payable where participation is suspended or terminated due to misconduct.
14.1 Get GungHo shall not be liable for any failure, delay, cancellation, interruption or modification of its services arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, extreme weather, lightning warnings, public health emergencies, government restrictions, venue closures, labour disputes, transportation disruptions, utility failures or other unforeseen events.
14.2 In such circumstances, Get GungHo may, at its discretion, provide a replacement session, reschedule the affected session or make other reasonable arrangements.
15.1 Get GungHo reserves the right to amend schedules, venues, coaches, programme structures, age groups, session formats and programme content where reasonably necessary.
15.2 Such changes shall not entitle participants to refunds, credits or compensation.
16.1 Get GungHo reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.
16.2 The latest published version shall apply to all current and future participants.
17.1 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore.
17.2 Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
By registering for any Get GungHo activity, training session, programme, league, event, match, trial or camp, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
